Hi Second Vice President was Zakir Hussain and not Hamid Ansari.
Hamid Ansari is the current Vice President of India.
I'm not sure about the other seconds u have written.
Actually in tht case Joe Biden in also not the sec VP of US. I hav just put the no2 ranking say in India President is No1 then comes VP..its like tht.
